We are currently accepting patient navigation volunteers for Family Connect. By being a navigator, you will help give a personalized experience to each family served. If you are interested in volunteering as a navigator for Family Connect, please register with the link below.

All donations will be made to Southern Nevada CHIPs 501(c)3, the fiscal agent for the Mobile Health Collaborative (MHC)
